The Clean Fleets Project

The Clean Fleets Project will help public authorities and fleet operators to implement the EC Clean Vehicles Directive (CVD), which is now integrated into national law in all EU Member States.

The Clean Fleets project provides support with tendering, modular training, opportunities for information exchange and specific advice to those organisations who must comply with the Directive. It will also assist those who wish to go further than compliance, with innovative ways to purchase or lease clean and energy

As part of the project, an online discussion forum will be created and materials such as case studies, guidance and a CVD toolbox will be developed. There will be regular newsletters.

In addition, more active support for public authorities and fleet operators is also available.
